For many people, cutting the wedding cake is the highlight of the wedding meal. The bride and the groom hold the knife together as a symbol of their union. The top tier of the cake should be sliced first.

• Ingredients: egg yolks, sugar, fruit purée, cream, sugar, gelatine
• Flavours: strawberry, lemon mousse, mango, apricot, forest berries, blackberry, blueberry, orange, choclate, mocca
• Varieties with different spirits are also available upon request
